To save to disk, right click and choose 'Save Target As' |

Quick Start Guide for Song Sheet 5
After starting the program, you will see this screen.......
This is the Editor, it is where you start when creating new songs. |

| Enter in the song information.....title, author,
CCLI# (if applicable), key, beats per minute (Bpm) and any copyright
information.

Next, enter in the lyrics to the song using the formatting you desire such as indent, line spacing and so forth....

| The chordnames are
inserted within the lyric lines between brackets. When the song file
is processed, it takes the chordnames and places them over the lyric
line...... [Am7]These are the words [Em7]to the song (lyric line with inserted chordnames) Am7 Em7 These are the words to the song (lyric and chordnames after processing)
To insert the chordnames in the lyrics you may type them in manually or use the Insert Chord Names feature. To use this, click the Insert menu item and choose Chord Names.....

This dialog come up.....

Click the Add Chords button, locate the chords you would like to use in your song and place a check next to them....
|

|
You will end up with this....

| Note: You can use the search feature to locate your chord. |

|
You can insert the chordnames in one of three ways.
1. Place the cursor in the edit are where you want the chord name to go, then select the chord name you want to insert and click the Insert Names button.
2. After placing the cursor in the edit area just double click the desired chord in the dialog.
3. The easiest way is to drag and drop the name at the desired spot in the edit area |

Continue to add your chord names in this fashion and you should end up with something like this.... |

Close the Chord Names box and save the file.
